Update for July 6th

I might as well be dead at this rate since I haven't really touched this page in ages. Anyway, I've been receiving many requests asking for up-close pictures of my Pyramid Head costume that I wore to Anime Boston 2006. It took a while but I finally gotten around to getting my hands on a digital camera and took a few quick shots of what my costume looks like. I also created an account on Cosplay.com in case anyone that visits here also visits cosplay.com as well.

Here's me putting the helmet on a bronze statue I came across at a subway terminal after the con. That's me in the picture. I decided to obscure myself simply because I'm sure many people have no idea what I look like so I decided to keep it that way. If you want to know what I look like, we should meet face-to-face :) The guy in orange looked at me funnily the the whole time but I don't blame him. I guess it does merit a look of scorn since it's obvious I lack a sense of ethics as to defile the statue in such a manner for my own amusment.

Not a bad picture. If you look at his feet, you'll notice something rolled up. That's the skirt/pants to the costume that I wore over my streetpants. It's actually balled up like that because I stuffed it under my helmet and used it as a make-shift support for my helmet when I was walking around town since I had to return the pillow I used originally back to hotel.

This is the skirt/pants for the costume. I used zip ties to give it a 'stitched' look. If you look carefully near the bottome center of the picture, you'll notice that it's one huge piece of vinyl and not multiple pieces 'stitched' together. All I did was fold the vinyl in on itself and used zip ties to maintain the folds. To give it a worn down look, I simply used red and brown spraypaint along the 'stictching'. You will notice patches of white on the costume. That's just leftover white clownface paint that I used to give my body a pale look that had rubbed off my arms and onto the outfit.

Here's a picture of the other side of the skirt/pants. All those black 'stitches' you see are individual zip ties. It was very uncomfortable wearing it since they dug into my thighs and shins whenever I walked so I was forced to wear jeans undernearth. You might notice near the center of the image that it seemed somehwat shredded. That was caused when I tried to do a burnout on the vinyle with my motorcycle. Bad idea. I should've 'aged' the outfit by dragging it on the ground and hitting it against a tree like most people would've done.

As you can tell, my helmet is collapsible. It is NOT made of cardboard even though the picture really makes you believe otheriwse. As you can tell, it doesn't even look that good up close because you can clearly see the tape along the edges underneath the paint. You can also see that some of the tape is peeling and revelaing the helmets natural color underneath. While it looks disgusting in the picture, I plan on tweaking the helmet and getting ride of tape altogether and repaint it. I'll probably end up using something else to hold the helmet's shape. It seems I accidentally placed the two 'bolts' on the wrong panel portion of the helmet. Instead of the front panel, it was supposed to be attached to the center panel instead. I need to fix that.

Notice how digusting tape looks up close? It's too bad that I was forced to use tape to hold most of the helmet together since I decided to cosplay shortly before the con and didn't have much time to experiement with different methods. The 'dots' and two 'bolts' on the right were held in play by superglue. You can tell one of the handles on the bottom of the helmet was bending. That's was because I used it to carry the helmet. It can be easily fixed. You can see some of the tape has peeled off.

Here's a picture of the underside of the helmet. You should should be able to tell that the handles were actually bolted to the helmet instead of glued on. This allowed me to use it as a method of carrying the helmet around like a suitcase or such. The white smudges you see on the inside is from the white clown paint I used to paint myself that accidentally got smudged around. As you can tell, there is nothing underneath to hold the helmet securely on my head. All I needed to do was stuff a pillow underneath and it worked fine.

I really like the way this guy, Erik Mongrain, plays the guitar:

Update for June 3rd (extra picture added on the 4th)
I'll be going on an 8-day Carnival cruise vacation starting on the 5th to the Caribbeans. What sucks is that I can't find a Devil suit to bring with me on the cruise so I can go walking around the ship on June 6th to see if people would get the joke (6/6/06). Funnily enough, it should be worn on the 1st since 616 is supposed to be the Devil's number, but I doubt many people would know that. Oh well. It'd be fun for amusement's sake.

I finally got my hands on a few pics of me when I cosplayed as Pyramid Head at Anime Boston 2006. Unfortunately, there are no close-up shots to show the craftsmanship (or lackthereof) of the helmet or the skirt. I need to get my hands on a digital camera and take pictures of them.

Costume took around 3 days and around $40 dollars to make. The costume came out pretty well in spite of the rush job. I decided to cosplay only several days before leaving for the convention.

Helmet:
Made a cardboard mock-up first.
Then cut it out of paneling (the kinda panels you see with the grid-like hole layout in them that people use to hang tool on in garages). The panel is much stronger than cardboard but not as strong as actual wood.
Used a wood dowel about 1" in diameter and cut them into pieces for the bumps on the side of the helmet.
Used more paneling to give the bumps a raised surface look.
The paneling are the ones used for the corners to a room between the wall and floor.
Used brass pipe elbows and garden hose extenders for the 2 handles on each side of the helmet.
I screwed them to the actual helmet so I could carry the helmet around like they were handlebars.
Spraypainted helmet with metallic black spraypaint.

Skirt:
Bought 1 1/2 square yards of yellowish vinyl.
Made random creases and pinched them using black zip ties to give it the 'stitched together' look.
Spray painted creases brown.
Spray painted further away from the creases red.
Dragged the vinyl around to wear it down.
Did a burnout on it with my motorcycle to really give it a worn down look.

Sword:
Cut it out of wood.
Used glossy waterproof metallic duct tape to give the blade a shiny look. Didn't want to spraypaint it gray like most people do.
Used the metallic spraypaint I originally used for the helmet on the blade to give it a darker look. Originally wanted to attach black chains between the hilt and the finger guard but decided against it. That's why there was that triangular section to the finger guard that looked out of place.
The sword handle was a piece thick pipe used for turbo chargers I found lying around.

The skirt came out amazingly well. The pictures don't really do it justice. Most people thought it was actual leather.

Testing out costume in my streetclothes in my hotel room before putting on full outfit. I stayed at the same hotel the convention was taking place.

Full costume. Used clown makeup to make myself pale. The stage blood for added effects was a bad idea. I originally planned on going topless but didn't have enough makeup to cover my entire body. Frankly, I'm surprised I even have a decent build at my age since I don't work out anymore. I ended up abandoning the stage blood for red paint instead. I should've used brown paint to give the wounds a 'dried-blood' look. The belts look a bit out of place. The helmet sat high on my head in this picture because it was sitting on top of a full sized pillow. I ended up stealing the hotel's pillow, which was much smaller, and using that instead.

Was testing out dragging the knife/sword.

Here's a pic of me with Michi who was cosplaying Bubble Head Nurse. I'm a bit disappointed that it never occurred to me that I should've removed my badge, which had my costume award attached to it. The photo op only lasted for a few minutes because I was on my way to the food court to get some much needed food before heading to the masquarade.

There was another Pyramid Head at the convention. We crossed paths a couple time and decided to stop for a photo-op. Notice the string tied to the back of my helmet. That was the only thing used to keep it from constantly tipping forward since it was very front-heavy. This took place outside the convention center. I ended up going to a nearby GameStop in my outfit and asked them if they had any copies of Silent Hill 2 because I was obviously the star of that game.

I saw a large bronze statue at a nearby train station after the convention. I dediced to put the helmet on it for shits and giggles. I wish the picture was taken at a better angle because it was actually very funny. Other con-goers there found it amusing as well and took pictures. I wish I could get their pics for posting since the one I have isn't all that great. A security guard thought I was trying to vandalize the statue when he saw me putting the helmet on. I simply told him to go away and he let me do as I pleased (You'll be surprised at how easily people back off when you challenge their authority)

I plan on going to Otakon 2006 and plan on improving upon this costume since I was dissatisfied with how it turned out due to the rush job. I want to tweak it and give it some added things like chains and remove the tape used to hold it together for something else and repaint it. I'll probably embed a helmet within the helmet so I won't have to have it sit on top of a pillow. It should provide much better stability that way.

I find myself enjoying cosplay and have been brainstorming for other costumes to do besides Pyramid Head for Otakon 2006. So far, Haado Gei and a person observing Holy Week in the city of Nazareno would make for some very awkward/funny/scary encounters. The costumes would obviously prey on the ignorance of the general public and their propensity of jumping to conclusions for maximum amusement ;)

Note for May 26th
Well, I'm off to Anime Boston this weekend. I'll be cosplaying as Pyramid Head from the Silent Hill movie. It's my first time cosplaying so I hope things turned out okay.

Note for May 7th
Well, I'm back from the Bahamas. I plan on going to Anime Boston anime convention on May 26-28. Does anyone want to go but have not crash space? I can even provide crash space.

Note for April 30th
Wow, it's been a whole month since my last update note. Then again, it's not like it really matters since no one really visits my site anymore. Anyway, I just figured I'd give you guys a heads up that I'm very much alive. Been having fun playing Kingdom Heart 2 and Fight Night 3 and playing other miscellaneous games.
I was on and off working on another spinoff for my Just Won't Die series but I didn't have time to finish it for posting because I'll be going to the Bahamas for a one-week cruise. I have no idea where the story was going to go so it basically looks like some odd story with a bunch of random scenes without transition scenes. I also had a rant in the works but I didn't manage to finish in time.

Note for March 30th
Nothing much has been happening recently. I really haven't been in the writing mood as of late since there are so many games taking up my free time. I've been spending most of my time playing Everquest 2 and only stopped recently. Now I'm playing games like Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, Tycoon City: New York City, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Fight Night 3, Black and a whole lot of other games, I'll be pretty busy. I started writing this spinoff for Just Won't Die that revolved around a magazine trying to interview Ranma and his thoughts as a means of getting people to understand his way of thinking, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna scrap it. If anyone wants to read it, send me an email and I'll send it your way.
I like receiving criticisms on my fanfics even if it's negative. I must say, the person definitely has a point: http://krakensghost.livejournal.com/32021.html
I have several 250gig EIDE hard drives loaded with anime I'm gonna be getting rid of. I have tons of anime on my computer I'll be getting rid of as I slowly switch my computer over to serial HDs. I figure if I can make my money back selling the HDs off instead of just giving them to a friend for nothing, it'd make both of us happy ^_^
Grid Wars is big waste of time, but, boy, it is fun. I made it up to around 8 million points with 9 ships and 9 bombs remaining before I got bored and stopped playing. How well can you do?

Note for March 4th
I figure I'd give you guys a heads up. I've been catching up on many of the game I never got around to playing. Been spending tons of time playing Final Fantasy 1 and 2 and Lunar for GBA, Kingdoms Under Fire: Heroes and Fight Night 3 for Xbox. I also have yet to play Grandia III or Dragon Quest 8 for PS2 and I'm sure those will take up a bit of time. Now I've been playing Everquest 2 for PC. I'm currently playing a Templar on the Permafrost server. If anyone plays on that server, feel free to send me a tell. I only started playing about a week ago. Concerning some of my unfinished fanfics, they're still on the backburner. I've just been busy playing many of the games I've been meaning to play that I've never gotten around to working on them. Once I'm done with my games, I'll go right back to writing.

Note for February 11th
Nothing much has been happening lately. Been busy playing Dead or Alive 4. I wish I could go online with the system to play anyone interested in challenging me, but I've decided against going online simply because it means the dashboard of my Xbox 360 will be updated. Feel free to challenge 'Karate Monkey', a friend of mine I play against from time to time and am sometimes over at his place playing online.
I plan on going to Katsucon down in Washington DC this mid-February. If anyone else is going, perhaps we can meet up. Send me an email if you're interested. I only go to anime conventions for Cosplay, Anime Music Videos, and meeting people and that's it.
It seems 12DailyPro and Stormpay and many autosurfs are having trouble with one another. While I'm very pissed off that I'll most likely lose thousands because of this turn of events, I'm still a bit hopeful that things might turn out okay.
What an amazing interface:

Note for January 30th
Here's where I apologize for the lack of updates, but I'd be lying if I said I felt bad for not having written lately. Y'see, I recently picked up the Xbox 360 the other day and have been playing the heck out of Dead or Alive 4 and Project Gotham Racing so writing has been the last thing on my mind. I had been playing DoA4 mostly on a friend's system. Anyway, I went to a local Target and picked one up there. The thing I find funny is that I have friends STILL waiting to receive their Xbox 360s from places like EB and GameStop. I didn't even want an Xbox 360 until I played the Fight Night 3 demo a few weeks later. On the very next day I decided I wanted to get the Xbox 360, I got it. All I did was head over to Target at around 8am and picked one up there since I was aware that they receive shipments of Xbox 360s on a semi-daily basis, unlike stores like Best Buy and EB and GameStop :)
I've also gotten around to playing Ikusa Gami for the Playstation 2. That game is really amazing and you might want to give it a try if you enjoy games like Dynasty Warriors series. It's not out in the USA yet though. I might play Kingdom Hearts 2 as well. While it's in Japanese, it doesn't really bother me. I've played tons of games in Japanese as long as I have a walkthrough to help me out with problem areas. Also, I recommend you guys play Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memory in anticipation of the new Kingdom Hearts 2 coming out since it're actaully more related than Kingdom Hearts 1 :)

Note for January 17th
Sorry for the lack of updates. I kinda got caught up playing Dead or Alive 4 for the Xbox 360 and had been dedicating all my time and energy mastering it. I've been enjoying it too much that working on my fanfics took a distant back seat^_^;;;

Updated yesterday: oneshot.anifics.com

Quick gripe: Argh!!! I'm REALLY starting to hate watching G4 because of those constant Star Trek:The Next Generation advertisments they keep playing. That show seems as outta place on G4 as The Man Show. I guess it's only a matter of time before we start seeing shows like The A-Team and Knight Rider and Baywatch such on G4 as well ;)

Below is a report from my brother. To I've highlighed everything he has written in yellow. He gives a very good explanation about what's been happening with 12DailyPro. Click on the image to see the thread where he posted his screenshot.

It's been quite a busy month for 12DailyPro. They've been going through alot of changes. The largest is their move from using E-Gold as a pay processor to EMO. E-Gold had alot of unexpected server issues in December. The worse part of that whole debauchery was their inability to communicate with their users. Their site down for multiple days in a row for more then one occasion as well. DNS entry wasn't found. So any users going to their site came up with a 'Hostname not found' instead of just a 404 or Server Error. And just to top it off, there was lots of rumors floating around that time about authorities were on E-Gold's premises with warrants and court orders. You all know how rumors go, all the bad stuff hits the forums and people start to panic. Instead of reassuring their customers about server issues, they just ignored everyone and left their customers wondering what was happening. During the brief times their site was accessible, it responded incredibly slow. Just plain bad public relations. After the fact, we learn that some of the rumors were true, most not. 12DailyPro reevaluated their position and experience on E-Gold and felt it was wiser to move elsewhere then stick with the. That is their choice.

Well, with that in mind, 12DailyPro choose EMOCorp. EMO I believe is an EXCELLENT choice, especially if you are within the United States. Some of the best points about EMO is absolutely no fees for transferring money within EMO. Even E-Gold, which had one of the lowest fees for transferring money still charged alittle for you to send and receive payments. Paypal charges and StormPay (which is by far the most expensive option) does as well. Withdrawing money from EMO is so incredibly simple as well. Wouldn't it be nice if you can just print the money? Well, you can. Just take your normal printer and plain ordinary white paper and print a check out. Go down to your local bank and deposit it just like you would any check. You can see for yourself here. You can print up to $1000 checks on your own normal everyday paper. If you rather make larger checks, you can use their special secure paper. You've all seen them, checks printed on those watermarked paper that you can not photocopy. The ones that shows up with 'VOID' if tried. It's 15-25 cents each for them and you can print up to $2,500 or $25,000 on them. All good news no matter how you look at it.

If you are outside the United States, you are able to use the check printing feature as well, but some international (to us) banks treat them as an international money order and they (your bank) sometimes holds it for 3-10 days while it clears before allowing you to withdraw. Still not too bad. If I was in that situation, I would probably choose EMO's ATM card. You can just withdraw money at any local ATM instantly. Fee's are very reasonable for a cash ATM card. I think it's $3.50 for a withdraw outside the US. I know it's a limit of $2,500 withdraw per day. The catch is, it does take awhile for you to get the card and you have to pay for the actual card. Over 2-3 weeks from what I last read on the forums from someone setting it up. But after it's all done, should be smooth sailing from then on tho. I just wouldn't carry it around on me on my daily trips. Wouldn't want to wait again and buy another card if it's lost or stolen. A final note for residences outside the US, there are alot of happy customers using AsianPay to transfer from EMO to their local bank. But I have no experience with them and just informing people who may want more options.

As you can tell from that pic up above, 12DailyPro paid me almost $5000. That's the easiest 5 grand you can make. There is still always the option of using StormPay. Overall, 12DailyPro is paying StormPay users EXTREAMLY FAST. I'm actually pretty jealous at just how fast SP is being paid. There's alot of people saying they've gotten their payment within 4 business days! The only reason I don't like SP is the outrageous fees they charge for people not NetIBA certified (which I'm currently not). For example, the $5000 I just received up above, I would have had to pay almost $350 in fees. That much in fees every 6 days is alot IMO. Any ATM fees EMO would charge or can charge is tiny compared to that. Right now 12DP is still in their transition from E-Gold to EMO. The admin says things should be back to normal (hopefully payments and all) by January 31st. I can understand the amount of problems that would crop up in a situation like this. They are doing a superb job of paying people as well as keeping their customers informed.

My current opinion on 12DP is still strong. When I first wrote about it here, they were under 100k members. Currently they are almost at 260k members. So it's still growing strong. Again, do your own research and due diligence and only invest what you are comfortable in. Their roughest spots are over and payments are picking up again. Back to business as usual for them. My paid post on 12DP's Forum. Again, my referrer: http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=80648 if you find this information helpful. My referrer is 80648. You don't make any less money, I just make alittle bit more. =)

I'm sure many have seen this before, but still, it's hilarious. Those Japanese sure know how to have fun:

Note for January 11th
Not much going on right now. Started reading 'Just Won't Die Nene' in hopes of remembering what I had written so I can continue it and finish it. I'm actually torn between working on 'Just Won't Die Nene' or 'Just Won't Die Urd'. They're both fics I'm eager to work on.

Sorry I haven't updated recently. Been busy playing Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memory for the Gameboy Advance. If you guys haven't played it, it's an excellent game. You need a contoller though since it's a pain in the ass to play with a keyboard. I zipped up the file and included the exe program for you guys to play. I've been on a GBA craze these past several days. Maybe I'll post more games as they come along.

Note for January 2nd
To everyone who have gotten into 12DailyPro or have yet to get into it, I've updated my other site with some of my thoughts: http://oneshot.anifics.com/

In the last update note, I had asked if anyone wanted to send me their payment pics from 12DailyPro and got a few responses. Below are several pictures from people that had signed up under me for 12DailyPro that had gotten paid. Below are a few pics in no particular order. This will probably be the last posting pertaining to 12DailyPro on this page. I've realized that the main page seems to no longer have a 'fanfic' motif like it used to and seems to have become some kinda 'blog'. I need to start working on putting some more expected content up with my updates like fanfic updates and rants and whatnot...

The Bullion Exchange was used to basically get $500 worth of funds into e-gold for investing which neted around $717 after investing. Since you can only invest in facotrs of $6 at a time, only

A $512 return off a $6 investment. The rest came from referrals.

$96 bucks was invested where $162 was the return.

Here's a $1560 return off a $996 investment. This one is my initial investment.

Above is my brother's investments. You can tell that he went in big-time and earned big-time.

Above is an image from a friend of mine who actually makes a living doing this. 12DailyPro happens to be ONE of her many investments and only accounts to a fraction of the profit she makes.

I know it's a little late to be posting this, but I find it hilarious. I also like Cartman's singing.

Note for December 23rd
The main reason why I put up this update note is that I found a really nice song I figure you guys might like since many people seem to really enjoy the music I enjoy as well. Also, to anyone that joined 12DailyPro, if you want, can you send me pictures of your payments? It doesn't have to be fancy. A small pic like the payment down below would do just fine. I figure I should post up all those 'I got paid' pics on my page. I'll post my payments as well as soon as I get off my lazy butt and finish working on one of my rants so I could have it posted along with an update :)
Here's a song I've been listening to recently:

Update for December 16th
Well, it seems my site is finally back up. It was down for several days but now seem to be up and running like it normal. It's happened before back in April if you guys remember. It had resulted in an elaborate April Fools joke blowing up in my face because of it. What I actually find amusing is that I'm so used to this page being up that I actually use my page as a way of testing my Internet connection. I usually assume that something is wrong with my Internet connection if I can't view my own page^_^;;;
To all you people who had no idea, I have a backup site that I can use to mirror this site should this site go down for prolonged periods of time. If this site is down, you can read vital information on the other site. Please remember to book mark it if possible. In the meanwhile, rather that use it to mirror this site, it's basically been turned more into a report outlining what I've been doing with 12DailyPro along with my brother.
I decided to totally rewrite the Spinoff mentioned in the previous update note. I'm pretty happy with the results. Please tell me what you think. I wrote it to be a very mellow yet thought provoking premise on how time distorts truth. I would've actually posted this up around three days ago but my site had been down at the time and I couldn't update it until now.
Updated http://oneshot.anifics.com/
Added: Just Won't Die Spinoff The ending may seem a bit rushed so I might tweak it down the line
Below is another excerpt from my brother:

Not much more needs to be said. It took a day longer then I expected tho. E-Gold had alot of issues late last week so hopefully that's all been cleared up now and it's back to surfing as usual. My brother has noticed E-Gold to be slower then usual as well. Wonder if it has anything to do with the price of gold skyrocketing the past month. It's up from $450USD/oz to over $525USD/oz now. That's almost 17% increase since begining of November. If anyone owns gold, sure they are quite happy right now. http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=80648 to sign up.

Note for December 6th
Seems like my brother got paid yet again. Below is an except he wrote for me to post on my webpage. I decided to totally rewrite that Spinoff I posted the other day. I'll probably post it in a day or so. There really is no plot this time around. All it is is of two people standing together talking about the past and what happened. In a sense, you can pretty much forget you even read that spinoff since it has no relations to the one I'll be posting

Bling Bling
Is all I got to say. 6 days later, another nice deposit into my e-gold account.

Not sure what else needs to be said. Payouts are promptly paid. Last payment expired on the 29th and I was paid on 5th. That's 4 business days later and just BARELY. I was paid just after midnite on the 5th (note 5:11 GMT) so that's only really 3 business days.

I want to thank people who signed up under me. The ones that actually joined, I hope you are well paid and make some spare cash on the side. I know I am. For those that are sitting on the fence, I suggest a small test spend. Actually, I suggest a small test spend regardless. Nothing better then your own personal experence. Alot of members don't spend alot of their own money. Keeps their risk very low and they just compound their inital investment and whatever profits was made. Here's a calculator for 12DailyPro. Just input your inital investment and calculate. Also, notice the difference in profit if you use stormpay compared to e-gold. I use E-Gold, 70 cents a transaction! ATM charge more then that. Stormpay charges almost 7% and a fee. Unbelievable. Thanks for reading my Bling Blurg... http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=80648 to sign up.

Update for December 2nd
I think I might give that Spinoff another go. I've received a flood of emails requesting that it be continued because they liked the thought of how the JWD world would turn out and see how much was distorted over the course of time.

Here's a cut and paste of the blog I made recently.

I'm a very skeptic individual. When I heard about this 'new' program on making money from my brother, I figured it was a scam.

However, through all my life, I've been constantly proven wrong about my initial assumptions. I deal with a lot of people over the Internet, mostly in due to my fanfictions, and I've found that I should never assume anything.

As a person that loves to do research, especially since I like doing so for my rants.

I was working on one of my fanfics when my brother walked into my room and held a piece of paper in front of me. He had a big grin on his face. I looked at the paper and read it. It was a printout of his E-Gold account.

I didn't really know what it was and asked him what the two amounts represented and he told me those were the amount of money he made through 12dailypro.com. At first, I thought it was some kind of scam. However, the 7171.20 USD payout from the E-Gold account he printed was screaming for me to take notice. He went about describing the site more in detail which piqued my interest. The image above is my brother's E-Gold account. On Nov 17th, he received $864.00 from 12DailyPro on a $600 deposit. Then on Nov 24th, he received a whooping $7171.20 payday from a $4980 deposit! That's almost $2200 profit on that alone! As long as he logged onto their site once a day for about 6 mins.

I decided to investigate. He pointed me toward the 12dailypro.com forums where I saw his Nov 17 - $864 Nov 24 - $7171 posts. I decided to check the forum out some more and noticed a ton of 'I got paid' posts. This got me excited, maybe I should get into this like my brother.

I spent the next day researching into 12dailypro.com and find tons of info about it on goldtalk.com and scam.com. Most of the talk about that site is nothing but good except from one particular poster. If you do your due dilligence, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about and figure out for yourself why you this poster bad mouths 12dailypro.com.

After some careful reading, I decided I wanted in on this. It was a pretty easy decision since it was basically easy money for me.

So, what do I hafta do to get started?

First, I created an account on 12dailypro.com I simply clicked on the 'signup' button by the top right of the page and filled out the necessary information. That was easy. It's just like signing up for forums.

Next, I went to go to E-Gold to sign up as well. I clicked on the 'Create An Account' on the left side of the page and filled out the necessary information.

Next, I need to buy gold to transfer into my E-Gold account. While I've never dealt with the transfer of gold before, I figured it was similar to that of a paypal account. Now, how the hell do I do that?

I clicked on the 'E-Gold Directory' link on the left side of the main page which led me here. On the top left, there was a 'Buy/Sell e-gold Exchange Services' link which took me here.

The page provided with a dozen exchange services. I had no idea which one to use. I asked my brother which one he used and he said he used TheBullionExchange.com and was happy with their service. I checked the Internet and it seemed like the recommended site as well. The site kind of turned me off because of its simplicity and unprofessional look, but I'm not one to judge a book by its cover. Besides, my brother and countless Internet people recommended the site and that was a good enough reason for me.

I clicked on the drop-down menu on the center of the page that had '--Buy E-Gold & E-Bullion (Gold & E-Currecnt)--' tab and selected 'Buy E-Gold by Direct Deposit' which took me here. After I started filled out the necessary information, I chose 'Bank of America' in the 'And select Bank for direct depsoit to'. Why did I take direct deposit? It's pretty easy. There is a Bank of America a couple blocks from me and it was a nice day out for a walk.

After filling out all the information and hitting the submit button to buy e-gold, I was taken to a page that provided me with the information on the amount of money and the account number into where I had to deposit. I printed it up and brought it was me as I headed out the door.

I walked over to my bank, which was on the way to the Bank of America, and took out the money for depositing at the Bank of America. With cash in hand, I went into the bank and picked up an out-of-state deposit slip. If you don't live in Nevada, you'll need to use one of those slips. I had to ask a bank teller for the out-of-state deposit slip since most banks don't keep them out in the open anyway.

I almost had to get a second out-of-state slip because ended up accidentally filling out the form with my personal information instead of the information provided by thebullionexchange.com. When I see stuff like Address, State, City, etc, I usually automatically start writing in my own personal information. Luckily, I caught it early and filled it out with the info provided to me instead.

After I deposited the cash into the account, all I had to do was wait.

I kind of started getting worried not too long afterwards. I had deposited the money on Friday, expecting my E-Gold account to be credited by Saturday since my brother had received his gold in his account on Saturday. It usually takes thebullionexchange.com 24hours to credit your account. When my account was credited on Saturday, I figured it'll happen on Sunday. When I didn't happen, I figured I would get it Monday. When Monday rolled around and my E-gold account was still empty, I started to get really worried.

Tuesday rolled around and my E-Gold STILL wasn't credited with the gold I bought. Now I was very worried. It's been around 4 days since I did the transaction, not 24hours. Even though I was worried, I knew it wasn't a good idea to assume the worst and call thebullionexchange.com up and start screaming at them. I figured I might have made a mistake while depositing the money at Bank of America.

I walked over to Bank of America and talked to one of the custumer service people and found out that the account had received the money....on MONDAY. It seems I hadn't realized that I deposited the money right before the bank closed on Friday and the bank didn't process the transfer until Monday. Had I not realized this right away, I wouldn'tve been panicking that I had been ripped off all through the weekened when my E-gold account wasn't credited on Saturday like I had expected.

Realizing my stupidity, I went back home. To my delight, I find that my E-gold account was credited while I was at the bank. Man, it's situations like these that I constantly find myself getting into that made me realize to never jump to conclusions.

With my E-gold now having the necessary funds, I logged onto 12dailypro.com and logged in. After logging in, I was taken to my login page. I clicked on the 'Upgrade Account' link by the top right of all those links located at the of the page I filled in the necessary information for the upgrade.

After I was done and back on my login page, I clicked on the 'Start Surfing' link on the top left of all those links on the top of my page. After six minutes of browsing, I was done for the day.

Now, all I hafta worry about is logging in at least once every day for six minutes and I'll be golden.

The hard work's done. It's easy coasting from here on.

Note for November 30th
I started writing a blog-like page about what I've been doing lately and how I went about getting into 12dailypro.

HOLY CRAP! My brother received around a dozen referrals already to his 12DailyPro account! Are guys just signing up because I mentioned it on my page? I posted that stuff just the other day. You should at least take a few days reading and doing some research before you decide and not just jumping on the bandwagon like some blind follower ;P Just because money is being made and I recommended it doesn't mean you should follow me blindly. To all of you that have already joined, send me an email. I'd really like to know why you decided to jump in on this as well. I seriously hope you're not doing this just because I recommended it but because you read up and decided to do this on your own.

Anyway, my brother got paid again today, and I posted the update to the update note below.

Bwahahaha, if this isn't hypocrisy, I dunno what is:
Random Link: http://mediamatters.org/items/200511300006

Read the November 28th note below. My brother added something else to at at the bottom of the update note.

Update for November 28th
Not much to add. Sorry for the lack of update. I decided to abandon the JWD spinoff I was working on. I couldn't decide on what kind of background to give the main character since her views are constantly changing back and forth between scenes. I guess you guys might as well see what I had before I decided to abandon it. The concept of the story is pretty simple. It's a story that took place in the distant future where a girl uses archeology to determine if a person named Ranma was a real person. It's a story about how history becomes distorted over long periods of time. It would have some heavy religious undertones which I decided I don't care to get into. Here is what I had.

Rant - Luck is like Magic

Here's a little excerpt written by my brother on how he and I make money. I'll probably write my own version in several days:

I was paid!

I'm a skeptic. I've been around the internet for well over a decade. I see and hear about scams all the time. So when I began hearing about this 'new' program, I roll my eyes and discard it like with everything else that fits into the 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is' catagory. But in spite of that, I was still curious about what the big hoopla was about. So I set out to learn and gather as much info as I can about 12DailyPro.com.

I read forums, reviews from other internet surfers and surf monitor sites. 12DailyPro currently at over 120k users (I believe) and no one has not been paid. Respones has been overwhelming positive for the program. I decided to give it a try. And do you know what? I was PAID!

That's my E-Gold account. On Nov 17th, I received $864.00 from 12DailyPro on a $600 deposit. Then on Nov 24th, I received a whooping $7171.20 payday from a $4980 deposit! That's almost $2200 profit on that alone! As long as I log into their site once a day for about 6 mins. Easy pay for very little work.

My forum post about my payout:
Nov 17 - $864
Nov 24 - $7171

[Note from OneShot: Take note of original poster. My brother and I have the same initials]

My next pay from them will be on Wed. From this point on, I will be receiving $1320.00 profit every 6 days from 12DailyPro. That's $6600 profit every month.

I DO NOT WANT people to join based on what I am saying alone. I want you to be comfortable in your own decision to join or not join. Make up your own mind if you feel it's good. Do your own research. Look up information about the program and if you do decide to signup, use me as a referrer so I get a commission.
http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=80648

But wait, referrers? Isn't that a pyramid scheme? No, there's only one level of referrals. And all the numbers I have listed and my post is WITHOUT any referrals. You do NOT need to refer anyone to make what I made up above.

You can see other members being paid clearly on the forums here.

Contact with me if you have any questions about this. Just use my link and make sure my member number is listed (80648). You don't make any less money, I just make alittle bit more. =)

Another 12DailyPro.com Update

They've done it again! I was expecting to get another E-Gold deposit on Wednesday. Well, this update is on Tuesday and I got a nice surprise a whole day early. Another E-Gold deposit from 12DailyPro! This time it's for $1468.80. Payout was in just 3 business days also!

The thread where this was posted is here

I got a couple of questions about the program. 2 reasons why I support this program over all the others that's currently out there now.

Currently funding E-Gold (the prefered method over using Stormpay because of Stormpay's higher fees) is more difficult then I think it should be. I may try to make up a quick 'How-To' that explains how to get money into E-Gold if there's interest.

Finally, read my last update. Please make sure you are comfortable if you decide to join. Read up, learn and make up your own mind. After 3 separate payments from 12DailyPro, I am very satisfied with them and will continue to support them.

Again, my referer: http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=80648 if you find this information helpful. Just make sure the member number is listed on signup (80648).

Update for November 7th
Large update (51+kbs) for Just Won't Die Naruto (1879+kb). Update only I don't know why I added more to an otherwise finished fic but I did. I guess I was in a writing mood and those scenes seem to fit into JWDNaruto fairly well instead of some spin-off chapter. Does this mean I'll continue writing new JWD chapters? Nope.

Update for October 31st
Massive update (107+kbs) for Just Won't Die Naruto (1828+kb). Update only Yep, that's one huge update you see. It's pretty simple actually. I've been playing City of Villains beta up until the beta closed down a couple days ago. Since I had a few days between the beta closing down and the game actually being released, I decided to use that time to write the conclusion to Just Won't Die Naruto. I basically wrote non-stop for the past couple days so that you guys would have something to enjoy. Because of the long hiatus, I'm shocked that I was able to get back into writing as if no time had passed at all. I'm surprised I was able to sit down and just start writing. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the conclusion to the fic.
Now, before you ask what's going to happen next? I have no real idea. I'll probably go play City of Villains for a while, however, that doesn't mean I won't work on another Just Won't Die chapter. I have been meaning to finish Just Won't Die Urd. What's funny is that I had accidentally written in the conclusion to that story in Just Won't Die Naruto but ended up deleting it when I noticed how extremely outta place the scene was. I guess that means I already have it in my head how the fic will end.

Note for for October 22nd
Wow, has it been over a month since I last updated? Damn, time flies. Then again, if you're one of the people waiting for me to update, I guess time isn't flying, huh? What have I been doing? Well, I stopped riding my motorcycle so I guess you guys don't have to worry about me getting myself killed and no longer being able to write. It's too cold to ride nowadays. For the past month, I've basically been busy playing City of Heroes in anticipation of City of Villains. When the beta version of City of Villains opened up, I started playing that game instead. Basically, I've been playing City of Heroes/Villains.
If any of you play City of Villains, you'll find me playing fairly often. My character's name is CheneyAdministration. Hey, the game is called City of Villains and I guess I don't have that good an imagination that I had to resort to making a Dick Cheney character. Man, you won't believe the some of the hate tells I get in-game from what I assume are Bush-supporters :) I should screen capture some of the exchanges I have :)
Since I only only write very infrequently due to all the games I've been playing, I figure I might as well let you guys read what I've got, even though they're seriously lacking transition scenes. Just Won't Die Naruto extras

Update for September 20th
Wow, it's been quite a while since a page update. Sorry for the lack of update, especially on my fic updates. I kinda got back into playing City of Heroes again and it's been taking up a lot of my time. I still have an update for Just Won't Die Naruto but it's still lacking transition scenes. If you want what I've written so far (probably around 15kb of text), just send me an email and I'll send you what I've got. Ugh, I've gotta get off my ass and write those damn transition scenes^_^;;;

Note for September 3rd
Why haven't I've been updating recently? Well, I've been playing the Fire Emblem series for Gameboy Advance and those games ate up so much of my time. I highly recommend you guys try those games out if you like turn-based strategy games. It reminds me of Shining Force for the Genesis, one of my favorite games from back in the day.

I've started writing again. So far, I only have around 10kb worth of text written for Just Won't Die Naruto and it is in need of transition scenes. I should be posting up and update in a day or so. Below is an email I got from someone that didn't seem to particularly like my I call 'Shotgun' rant and decided to send me a response. While I don't really understand why people seem to be interested in reading about the way I respond to my emails but continue to email me asking me to continue posting more emails responses, I guess I'll continue doing so.

First of all, I'm not a kid. I suggest you do some more research before you go jumping to conclusions about my age. Heck, I even wrote a rant about people like you (http://www.anime.sobhrach.com/~jeffwong/rant61-quick-to-judge.html). At the time of this response, I'm 27. Then again, now that you know my age, perhaps you can justify that I'm still a kid because of the rant with something along the lines of 'Well, you sure didn't act like an adult when you wrote that crap". Most immature people try to make up justification to make themselves seem still in the right when they're clearly wrong or something along the lines. Of course, for you to think like that, I suggest you take some time to reflect upon yourself. I did a little bit of research into your background and it seems like you seem to be a very tempramental person that feels the need to throw back insults when you felt like you've been insulted. Then again, from what research I've done, it was old so perhaps you have changed since then. If you want to be judged that way, I suggest you judge me accordingly as the rant was writting years ago and people do change from time to time. Then again, it could be understandable that you not know that and simply wrote a response immediately after reading that rant without checking out the rant section of my webpage and realizing the date it was posted (http://www.anime.sobhrach.com/~jeffwong/rants.html). Still, to just react to something like a rant without trying to find out more about who the person is that wrote it or the premise behind the rant is indication that you didn't bother to think that long about who you're writing your email to before you actually bothered to write it in the first place.

Do you lack reading comprehension? In the rant, I wrote a single line that you might have missed reading. "At least this way, I can vent and make you feel like an idiot because I already feel like an idiot for not having called "Shotgun" first.". So lemme get this straight, you felt compelled to send me an email saying that I'm an idiot about the 'shotgun' bit even though I wrote in my rant that I'm an idiot because of the 'shotgun' bit? Are you trying to pass off your pseudo-intellect by claiming something about me that I don't seem to realize myself? Wait, that can't be as I've already stated it in my rant. So exactly what are you implying? Surely you know something about me that I don't know and have failed to imply on the very rant I wrote for everyone to read.

It seems like you didn't even realize the what that webpage is about. It's about entertainment and provide people with some form of amusement. If the rant provided your officemates amusement, even at my expense, then it doesn't bother me at all.

Funnily enough, you seemed to have pointed out nothing in your email to me that I don't already know and wrote on my rant. In a sense, you're sending an email that has no redeeming value in terms of constructive criticism. If you believe yourself to be doing me a favor in pointing out my idiocy, at least bother to point out exactly what it may be that I'm unaware of so that I can make an effort to improve upon it. While you may think the comment "If you're that small and insecure that you need pose your pseudo-intellectual rhetoric as legitimate ideology..." is constructive criticism, I believe it isn't. It's not what one would consider constructive criticism since such an 'insecurity' was already explained in detail by the line "At least this way, I can vent and make you feel like an idiot because I already feel like an idiot for not having called "Shotgun" first.". Even more amusing, I believe I gave a perfectly legitamate explanation of my trying to belittle someone calling 'shotgun' right on my rant yet that explanation seemed to have totally escaped you. Also, you never bothered to explain your reasoning for trying to belittle me in your response.

> Get a life kid.

I find this statement fairly amusing. Exactly what life am I lacking because of what I wrote? How does writing a rant as a meants of creative output for my webpage represent my lacking a life? Has it ever occurred to you that writing a comment like 'Get a life kid' might seem truly ironic coming from someone that not only read the rant an idiot wrote, but bothered to sit down and write a response? Then again, I guess that also means that I'm no better than you are in this department as you can clearly see I wrote a response to your response. Also, why would you call me a kid when I'm actually older than you? You were born on March 5, 1979, right? I was born on February 17, 1978, meaning I'm actually older than you are. I have a sneaking feeling that you believed yourself older and therefore justifiable in that statement even though a statement like that seems to reveal to people that you're quick to judge and actually a bit childish.

How did I find out about your birthdate? I just did a quick search for your email name on google. (http://www.google.com/search?q=edm3579%40hotmail.com&svnum=10&hl=en&lr=& sa=N&tab=iw). It seems like you're into D&D and used to post on Planet ADND under the name 'Kaine'. Then again, the thread about your banning seems pretty old and I shouldn't be judging you about stuff that was posted so long ago since people tend to change. Wait a minute, you didn't seem to take that into account when you read my rant, which I posted years before with a date right on it. I guess you're getting off lucky since I'm not gonna automatically judge you on past actions like you me. Because I didn't want to judge you on your past actions, I figured I'd check more into your more recent actions. I checked into your username and found some more interesting things about you. (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=edm3579&btnG=Search) What really interested me was this link (http://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10244). For someone who claims I lack a life, you sure waste a lot of time posting inane comments on forums. (ie: "Nymphs are sexah!" "2 + 3 = Cats"). Granted, these comments might not be inane and might actually represent something deep and meaningful that I'm ignorant about so forgive me if I jump to the conclusion that you're some kind of attention whore trying to get attention on forums or just interested in annoying people that frequent the forums. The difference between you and I is that I write rants, perhaps inane ones from some people's perspectives, but they remain on my webpage and don't bother anyone unless they come to my page, unlike you who posts on forums where other people frequent and have to take a bigger effort to ignore in order to enjoy the Internet as opposed to the effort needed to ignore my webpage. It's like my staying at home and someone not liking the video games I play in my own house when compared to you, where you go to someone else's house and tell them you don't like the games they play. Both can be ignored, but the latter is much harder to ignore than the former.

Feel free to search out my name on the Internet. You'll find that I've been active on it for quite some time, posting stuff up under the same username as far back as almost a decade ago. If it makes you feel better, I've also posting inane stuff as well. But then again, what I do back then doesn't reflect the person I am now.

Granted, all that I mentioned might not be you and this could be a case of mistaken identity. If that's the case, feel free to laugh at my expense with your officemates once again as I've wasted a lot of time researching into a person that I've mistaken as you.

Otherwise, if this is you, I recommend you take a step back and reflect upon your decision to assume I'm some kid in need of such an email response. If you feel this is actually an insult directed to you, then I apologize. This is meant more as an eye-opener than anything else, to make you think a bit more and perhaps learn to not jump to conclusions so readily and to think more critically before deciding on something. If you really are an adult, you should be able to understand the premise behind this email like an adult.

Note for August 24th
I'm back from Otakon. Had a blast. While this page isn't some kinda blog page, I figure you guys might be interested in reading about what I did during Otakon. Here's my report of my adventures at Otakon. Check back later because I might add more to the report as I remember.

http://flickr.com/photos/stray/35740614/in/set-790560/ I'm the guy in white that's slumped on the couch drifting in and out of unconsciousness from the alcohol while playing Guilty Gear XX. Matt is the guy wearing the black shirt sitting next to me and stay in the hotel with us. Z is the guy leaning over the couch. ZerodotJander is the guy with the white shirt and the glasses with his back toward the camera talking to Z. The guy with what looked like a piss stain on his shirt was in the hotel with us. He dropped his drink and didn't piss himself.

http://flickr.com/photos/stray/35742284/in/set-790560/ Someone took a pic of me for future prosperity. I'm completely sober in this picture. The head dressing makes my injuries seem far worse than they really are. Notice me using my left hand to salute the camera, that's because my motorcycle injuries were sustained to the right side of my body.

Note for August 17th
I didn't die riding my motorcycle or anything. Just figured I'd give you guys a heads up. Otakon basically starts tomorrow and I'll be in Baltimore starting Thursday. If anyone wants to meet up with me and my friends, send me an email. I'm basically going to the con to meet people, not watch anime, so it'll be very easy for us to get in contact. Since I've been to the con several years in a row already, I can show you the area as well show you a few tips to enjoying Otakon to the fullest. Anyway, all you need to do is send me an email with your name and cell phone number and I'll call you at the con on Friday (Thursday if you're going to be there a day early) Unfortunately, since I'll be leaving early Thursday around 8AM EST, you need to send me an email quickly. I'll be sure to check my email right before I leave for Otakon though.

Note for July 25th
Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone that I'm very much alive and have not died while riding my motorcycle like some people believe.
Otakon is coming up this mid-August. Anyone here plan on going?

Note for July 13th
Why haven't I been working on JWDNaruto? That's easy. I've been busy riding all over the place on my motorcycle and getting the hang of things. I'm rarely home, let alone in front of my computer. It also doesn't help that I've been busy playing Kessen 3 and Everyone Loves Katamari Damacy for PS2 and a few other games. Once the novelty of riding a motorcycle wears off, I'll be back in front of my computer like I usually am. Besides, it's not like you're really missing much since JWDNaruto is basically complete anyway.
I have a funny feeling that the more people read my page, the more they feel compelled to send me email that pertains to anything BUT my fanfiction, which is what my site was originally intended. Heck, if I think about it, I haven't really received a critcisms on my fanfics in several weeks. Oddly enough, I seem to receive more responses to the email
exchanges I post on my site than the fanfics I work on^_^;;;
I received an email the other day that I figure you guys might be interested in reading along with my response:

Maddox's site is based on satire. My site is based on my fanfictions. My rants are not based on satire.

I'm aware of Maddox's site. I like his site and visit it on occasions. I admire the following he had managed to acquire because of his site.

Can you please elaborate some more? You say I lack brevity but you're not giving me any examples.

Are you sure you're reading my rants? For you to not consider my rants thought provoking makes me wonder if you're reading my rants in particular. The whole premise of my rants is to evoke thought. It reveals to you things you might not have ever known in the first place, like Second Hand Smoke and Recycling and such. I believe my rants are designed to make people think more deeply into how they view the world and the things around them. Maddox's site is nothing like mine. I don't really deal with satire like Maddox does so comparing a non-satire site with a satire site seems a bit odd. It's similar to someone comparing The Onion with New York Times.

> - Originality- Unless I'm mistaken, Maddox definitely had this idea
> first.

Lemme get this straight, because Maddox is known as one of the pioneer Internet rant writers, that means ANYONE that write rants is automatically considered unoriginal? Nowadays, nothing is really original. It's not different than someone slamming my alias because it seems like it's derived from a sniper's moto 'One Shot, One Kill' or something along those lines. Also, if you rule out the fact that I'm not really ranting using satire, then you should realize that my rants have nothing in common with Maddox's rants.

Also, I'm pretty stunned that you would even compare my rants to Maddox because I believe they're nothing alike. Aside from the fact that I used a black background and white text (a page property I've used for my site for as far back as before Maddox's site popped up) my rants aren't like that of Maddox's rants. I go about with my rantings in a different manner than Maddox. I use the color yellow for the rant titles because yellow on a black is just as easy to read as white on black. Why do you think subtitles in movies/anime/etc tend to be yellow/black or white/black?

I like Maddox's rants and found his rants very humorous. However, to me, that's what his rants are, forms of humor. Sure, it's nothing more than the opinions of an individual and everyone is entitled to their opinions, but from my point of view, I find it funny how he writes his opinions as if they were facts. I think that is where the satire comes in. My opinions (at least with my recent rants since the way I form opinions become more refined) are based upon facts. Maddox's rants are based more on entertainment. My rants are based more on informing the public.

Want an example? Let's check out his latest rant:

"The word "blog" is literally shorthand for "boring;" a vulgar, overused word that strikes your ear with the dull thud of a cudgel to the soft spot of a child. It's an abbreviation used by journalism drop outs to give legitimacy to their shallow opinions and amateur photography that seems to be permanently stuck in first draft hell. Looking in the archives of the blogs, one would expect someone who has been at it for years to slowly hone their craft and improve their writing and photographs, since it's usually safe to assume that if someone does something long enough, he or she will eventually not suck at it. Even with lowered expectations, you'll get a shotgun blast of disappointment in your face."

Now, do you see what I mean? He writes his rants as a form of entertainment, as if they were facts. He is basically indicating what 'blog' is and not leaving people to form their own opinions about something. It's a form of extreme bias while giving no reasoning for such bias. I do nothing of the sort, at least not now in my rants nowadays. I guess if I were in his shoes, I would bother to point out that 'blog' is shorthand for 'weblog' but I guess doing so would mean my lacking brevity, huh? Do you realize that reading that entire rant makes you wanna hate the concept of 'blogging' yet have no real idea why? What if I came upon his site and have no idea what the word 'blog' is in reality? I guess it's my fault that I don't know what 'blog' means and should therefore believe what he wrote as fact? I almost find it ironic that Maddox seems to have a thing against bloggers as he seems to be friends with Tucker Max, a notorious blogger that has a page that is extremely popular. You can read about Tucker's and Maddox's encounter on Tucker's blog page.

The way Maddox rants reminds me a person doing a lot of name calling. This was revealed to me with the Nerdysouth Incident http://www.drunkreport.com/reports/maddox.htm where Maddox seemed incapable of defending himself against arguments brought against him and, instead, resorted to deflamation of character of the one presenting the arguments. For instance, if this reply were brought to Maddox's attention, he would most likely talk about how I've written lemons and automatically consider me some pervert or look at the puny counter and laugh at how few people have visted my page over the years or such, or perhaps laugh at my hobby for writing fanfiction, or perhaps pointing out that my rants seem to look like a rip-off of his rants because of it's color scheme, or whatever. To me, that's basically dodging the issue by bringing up different subjects to talk about, a form of smoke screen.

I like Maddox and his rants. Heck, I even have a link to his page somewhere on my webpage archives because I wanted my readers to enjoy his rants. I still like reading his rants. I just don't rely on his rants as informative points of argument to use against someone should someone and I ever differing opinions about something. However, to me, they're nothing more than satirical rants, more for entertainment purposes than anything else. If you read Maddox's rants and form your opinions based on what you read, you will most likely find yourself on the losing end of an argument using his points of argument when you come across someone with a different opinion that decided to bring up facts into the argument. That's because you'll be relying on satirical facts instead of actual facts.

Maddox's rants don't make you want to go out and do research on what you read. They just reinforce and give voice to public opinions mostly but never give good facts behind arriving upon such an opinion. Most of the people that do read his rants and form opinions based on his rants are easily impressionable and want people to form opinions for them rather than make opinions of their own. How do I know this? Look at the article he wrote about how Orbitz ripped him off. People have already started avoiding using Orbitz because of his rant, not once having giving it consideration that Maddox might have read the flight info incorrectly. Sure, it's good to learn from other's mistakes but to base one's opinion about something because of one individual seems rather impressionable, dontcha think? They are no different from all those legion of Bill O Reilly fans. Don't you see the irony? Maddox is basically Bill O'Reilly and everyone that follows Maddox based on that one rant is similar to the legion of O'Reilly fans that follow that guy's opinions. Basically, Maddox is similar to Bill O'Reilly and Maddox's fans don't even realize it. Do a search for Orbitz and Travelocity and Expedia at badbusinessbureau.com and you'll realize that Maddox is JUST as likely to get screwed using the other two than Orbitz? It's most unfortunate that the majority of Maddox's readers don't realize that his site is satirical and not meant to be taken seriously.

If you look at all his rants, you'll notice he rants about people that don't care to defend themselves against his opinions. I would love to see him rant about a medium that might truly come around and snap back at him violently. That is probably why I genuinely enjoyed reading his rant about Christopher Reeve, because it made me want to go out and read more into him. To be able to rant about something like that and be confident about your opinions about it, you need to do you research, something Maddox doesn't do that much of anymore nowadays. I wish he used more facts in his rants than passing off his opinions as facts. I would especially like to read his take on religion.

There are several rants he wrote that are informative as well, like his animosity toward PETA and how he likes eating meat. It's just that the pattern seems to indicate that he doesn't bother to really write such rants outside that of name-calling and pure satire. I try to do the exact opposite with my rants. I do all my research for my rants and then present them to the readers and let them form an opinion about it while also telling them of my own opinion based on those observations. I try to inform readers of all the reasonings behind my opinions.

> You can go ahead and post this, and I'm sure you'll do so and edit out the

My older rants from over a year ago are lacking though and if you are responding to me based on my old rants, then I accept all that you say. They do lack brevity and satire and could present reasonable indication of a Maddox-rant ripoff. However, with the way I write my rants now, and as a person whose writing abilities continuiously grows and writes in a non-satirical way, I think the way I write is nothing like the way Maddox writes.

For you to consider me unable to accept defeat/failure is a gross oversight on your behalf. I've removed rants and changed opinions on many things based on facts presented to me and readily admit my faults. I've even humbly apologized on my page on several things and readily admited being wrong. Until then, I'll continue to think my rants are not only remotely related to Maddox's rants but that it's rather surprising that people would even harbor such a thought.

It does seem like you're right as it seems I lack brevity in what I write since it seems I couldn't get to the point with my response and ended up writing this long-winded response to your email.

> Sincerely,

For your information, you are one of the first people that ever emailed me believing my page is some Maddox-ripoff. Most people that compare my rants to Maddox usually say that there is a striking difference between my rants and his. Frankly, I'm still curious as to what led you to believe that there are such similarities that you would consider it some kind of lame rip-off in the first place.

I hope this was a good enough response that you were looking for. Obviously, as you can tell by the length of this reply, it was much more than 20 words.

Note for July 8th
No update. Why? I got my motorcycle and am busy running around getting everything squared away and doing research into good riding gear. I'm also taking the motorcycle safty class this weekend so I'll be especially busy. I picked up the Suzuki SV650 as I had originally mentioned in the previous update note. As much as I want to write and finish JWDNaruto, I really haven't been in a creative mood as of late. Also, considering the fic is basically concluded save for some extra 'omake' scenes, it's not like you're missing much anyway^_^;;;
An amusing music video. I like the song:

Update for July 2nd
Small update (11+kbs) for Just Won't Die Naruto (1721+kb). Update only Sorry for the small update. There is actually more written after this update, but due to the lack of transition scene between this update and the other stuff I have written, I decided to leave the extra stuff off until the next update. I wanted to update more recently but have spent the past couple of days checking into a motorcycle I'm looking to buy. I mentioned about my getting a motorcycle permit in my Death and Donating Organs rant and am now in the process of taking my MSF course to get my motorcycle license and getting a bike for riding. The bike I have my eyes on is the Suzuki SV650, which is perhaps one of the best overall beginner bike. Do a quick google search for the SV650 and you'll find tons of good stuff talking about the bike. Before all you bike enthusiasts start telling me that I should get a GSX-R, Ninja, CBR, or an YZF, don't bother. I'm not interested in race bikes. I'm more interested in a more practical, everyday-use, commuter kinda bike, something those racebikes definitely are not.
Below is a picture submitted by Patrick Huu to mark the celebration of my page reaching 1,000,000 hits, which occurred somewhere at around July 1st 12AM EST. Thanks for the submission, Patrick, I really appreciate it^_^

Here is a rather vulgar webcomic that made me laugh:

Update note for June 29th
Hey, do you guy realize that this page is very close to hitting the 1,000,000 hit mark? Anyone interested in making some fanart for the special occasion?^_^

Someone commented on how my page has slowly started turning into a blog from that of what it used to be, a fanfic page. I guess I better get back to my writing. Anyway, update for Just Won't Die Naruto on the way.

I received an email the other day from someone claiming to own the copyrights to the name 'Oneshot' that wanted me to cease and desist the use of that name. I'm dead serious. I'm not making this crap up. I'm sure there are people that think I make stuff up, what with the April 1st joke I played on everyone back then, but I assure you that I don't make stuff up. I find reality to be far more amazing than fiction.

Anyway, at first, when I saw the email, I started laughing. I was about to post in on my page yesterday to let you guys see it and let you guys do the battle for me. However, I didn't want you guys to have all the fun. Well, below is the cut and paste of my reply. Take not that the (links) that you see throughout the email and reply I have put in there to help with the word-wrapping on my webpage. Otherwise, they would be full length and I doubt anyone reading this page will like it since that means they'll have to use the horizontal scroll bar to read this update note.

I'm a bit confused here. How can you have a name copyrighted as names can not be copyrighted in the fist place? http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ34.html The page shows what can not be copyrighted, namely "Names of pseudonyms of individuals (including pen name or stage name)" At first I figured that you saw moniker differently than that of psuedonym/username/alias, which doesn't seem to be the case as a quick thesaurus search indicates results in them being the same. (Link) From the research I have done, it seems like it is not possible to copyright the moniker 'Oneshot' as you claimed.

I'm not too sure how you came up with the belief that the earliest I've ever used OneShot was around May 2004. I don't think you've really researched into me enough as I've been using OneShot as far back as 1995. (Link) A quick google search for my name will yield many results. I've been around posting under the name OneShot for well over ten years. Even though you did not find evidence of this being the case, that doesn't mean it's untrue. I did a quick google search for your name and came up with absolutely nothing, let alone linking it to the name Oneshot (a name I spell slightly differently than my own). Granted, you might post as only Oneshot, giving no indication that the name Oneshot even pertains to Doug Waring, which might make my search a bit less successful. Since there are many many many results that came up when I checked for the name 'Oneshot', I guess it's best that I assume one of those many many 'Oneshot' search results pertains to you.

What you might be talking about is not copyright infringment since that is not the case with something like this. It could be trademark infringment. Afterall, a trademark includes any word, name, symbol, or device, or any combination used, or intended to be used, in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods of one manufacturer or seller from goods manufactured or sold by others, and to indicate the source of the goods. In short, a trademark is a brand name. Figuring that you might have mistaken copyright/trademark definitions, I decided to check out if OneShot is trademark and came up with a few resultss. From the information I gathered, you are not the owner of any of those trademarks. And even if you WERE, it would not apply to me as I don't use it for any form of commerce.

I can not post those links on the email of the trademark search results because those links last for a temporary amount of time. Clicking on the link will result in an error which is why I didn't post them. Instead, I figure it would be easier to tell you how I found those trademarks. I found the trademarks by going to (Link) and clicking on the 'search trademarks' link located at the top of the middle column of the webpage. I then clicked on the 'New User Form Search (Basic)' link. I then put in 'Oneshot' in the search field afterwards. I hope that helps.

If you check ANYWHERE on my page, you will not find the Oneshot moniker because I use OneShot instead, a moniker I've used since as far back as 1995. However, if you do find it, it will most likely be a mistake, my having forgotten to capitalize the 'S' in 'shot'.

I have looked into Hale Dorr & Cutler in Washington DC as you have mentioned and could not find them. I even did a google search for that law firm and came up with no results. If that law firm exists, then that means it has no company webpage, something I find extremely unlikely in this day and age. To not have a webpage of one's company, especially something like that of a law firm, is nothing short of financial suicide. Then again, might I be wrong? Might this law firm have existed but went out of business and, thus, no more website? I assumed this and decided to look for the law firm in the yellowpages. (Link) A search for that law firm in the yellow pages yielded no results whatsoever. Might you have given me the wrong name of the law firm?

Everyone is allowed their own opinions and I respect that. I'm actually curious as to what you would consider NOT under-developed as it's indicated that I enjoy classical music as well as instrumental pieces? Might this be a stab at my fondness toward Johann Pacelbel's Canon? While the song I do believe is repetitive in many cases, I also find it rather soothing to listen to and its melody almost engrossing. Or is this a stab at my ability to play the piano and choosing to learn to play the Canon, a song I learned to play for my friend's wedding, over that of other classical songs? What would you consider to be well-developed appreciation for music? I like my choice in music because I have a general love for string instruments. From my point of view, I've given a good enough reason as to my appreciation for classical music for I have a general fondness of string instruments.

I will not remove the email address from my webpage as it's indicated at the bottom of my webpage that sending me email automatically gives me permission to post the email if I find the email interesting, which I do indeed. Nothing personal.

From the impression I got from this email, it seems like you were trying to deceive me. Am I right? If you were not trying to decieve me, please explain how you were able to copyright a name that can not be copyrighted, how far back you've been using the moniker Oneshot, where and how this law firm exists and what's your lawyer's name and contact information. Have I not done enough research? If you checked into my background, you will realize that I come from an engineering background and am a very capable of doing research as well as analyzing my findings and coming to a conclusion before making a decision. I would like to believe I've thoroughly researched into your email.

Also, because I genuinely believe you were trying to deceive me and I have managed to find out that that was the case, I feel it's my obligation to let your company know that you sent out a personal email from your place of work trying to deceive someone. I have no idea if this would mean anything or even matter to your company as you are a Project Manager at DAI Environmental and, thus, most likely a valueable employee at said company and have quite a bit of seniority and power. I feel that what you did was deceitful and wrong. Basically, I believe you lied to me. You are an engineer, right, what with the fact that you work at a company that seems composed completely of engineers? Why would you do this?

I have every reason to believe that you are older than I am, what with the fact that you are a project manager (a position that usually takes a bit of time working at a company to attain) as well as have your own address in the city of McHenry, which seems to be located around 45minutes away from your workplace (I found out your place of residence by simply doing a quick search of your name on yellowpages.com: (Link)), but even if that's the case, that gives you no right to talk down to me and lie to me as well as consider my lack of depth in music an attribute to my age. I am not as young as you think. I am 27. However, from the email you have sent me, it leads me to believe that you are much younger than I am, even though evidence clearly shows otherwise. For a person that is evidently older than I am, why are you acting like a child?

While you may feel like this is a personal attack of your character, it really doesn't bother me. You lied to me and that makes me angry so I feel my response is perfectly justifiable. How would you feel if I came along and tried to use scare tactics against you to get you to stop using the moniker Oneshot, all the while lying in hopes that you wouldn't do your research to find such a claim not possible?

I am a reasonable person. I have replied back to you in a very respectful manner. Through simple research, I believe I've debunked everything there is to your email. If I'm proven wrong, then I will humbly apologize. Also, if you check my entire page, and come across the name 'Oneshot', I will gladly change it to 'OneShot' to avoid confusion between the two of us since I've used 'OneShot' since as far back as 1995 and prefer it over 'Oneshot' anyway. Basically even though I have no obligation to do as you want me to, I will gladly remove the 'Oneshot' name from my page, even if it's to changing it to 'OneShot' instead.

Anyway, the main focus of this email is that I believe you lied to me and I believe have managed to supply more than enough evidence indicating just that.

On a side note, if you read my postings, maybe you read my rant about Recycling and how it's harmful to the environment. Perhaps you might like someone like me on your team who geninuinely wants to help the environment and that is an engineer and have strong analytical skills =)

It seems rather coincidental that this guy would send me an email from out of the blue a couple days after JohnnyR's emails. The timing seems to fit, but I'm keeping an open mind. Maybe I should call him and ask since I got his phone number by reverse lookup via yellowpages.com :)

I have decided to decline an interview with your company.

The fact that you carbon copied a resume response for preliminary interviews to several email addresses has set off an alarm. The fact that you guys have no official webpage for your company has set off another alarm. The fact that you're using a hotmail account for a reply-to address set off yet another alarm. After checking the email header, the fact that the message came FROM a hotmail account sets off even more alarms. And after checking into your company at www.badbusinessbureau.com and have come to the conclusion that your company is a scam and I want no part in it.

http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff143285.htm

From the above link, I've found out that your company is part of an umbrella company called Cydcor. A quick search into the background of your umbrella company provided me some very interesting results I doubt you want anyone to know you're associated with such a company.

http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&s earchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=+Cydcor&Search=Search

Just to be annoying, I've decided to carbon copy my reply to all the recipients of your original email so that they will read this and become aware of what I had found out. Hopefully, they will come to the same conclusion I have arrived upon and won't be fooled into wasting their time driving over to your location for a preliminary interview. I believe bringing this to everyone's attention is a good thing. Whether or not they want to believe what I have found is their prerogative.

It's obvious that you never 'reviewed' my resume as mentioned in the header of your email. If you did, and had especially checked out the rant section of my page, you'dve realized that I like trying to find out truths to things that aren't readily apparent.

Sorry, but you're not going to get me. I guess you better go scam some other people ;P

Thanks for the compliment, it seems my email had the desired effect :-)

I carefully worded and arranged that email to keep you from going on the defensive, in order that you could think about what I wrote, without being defensive clouding your judgement.

My comment mentioning my schooling was designed to make it look like peremptory defensiveness, since that would help keep you from going on the defensive. Like I said, psychology is one of my hobbies, mostly because I like being able to manipulate people in order to get them to receive any information in the best possible light, and with a clear mind to think about it. I knew it sounded like peremptory defensiveness because I wanted it to. I also agree that intelligence is show via actions, not words, and I'm not the show-offy type. Everything I do in a situation like this is designed to do something.

And do you want to know something else? I purposely wrote that email in a particular manner. It's almost identical to the what Mr. Wong does. He gives many details about how he came up with a conclusion, as do I. He has much research and credible facts added to logical conclusions to back him up, I show solid deductive reasoning that would be hard to argue against, I do it with an individual mindset in consideration, he does it with the purpose of affecting as many mind sets as possible. He tries to get you to think about something through making you upset through insulting and swearing, I try to get you to think through keeping you calm, and able to think more clearly, and faster, than if you were emotional. I attack subtly, he attacks bluntly.

With as similar as they are, why do you compliment mine, yet insult his?

Just a bit more to think on ;-) and remember, everything I say, and how I say it are designed to make you think :-)

I wouldn't mind hearing his reply to the above email but I don't think there will be a reply.

Yawn yawn... that all you can do?

Well, I guess you're so big and mighty when YOU do it to other people, but you can't take the heat yourself, ne?

Go home, kid. Infantile my ass. You just have NO idea how to fight off someone who can call you a stupid asshole right up your face, huh?

If you don't want other people to call you a selfish, unadulterated, stupid swiney guttersnipe of an asshole, don't yell at other people and call them bad names randomly.

And Oneshot's right, you NEVER explained why he became 'fucking fuck of fuckwit' in the first place.

But don't worry, I don't think he'd care about it, so neither would we.

Karma, dude, is one helluva bitch.

NOW, we are done.

That's all, folks^_^

Update note for June 25th

What the heck is going on here? This webpage seems to have mysteriously divated from the fanfic site it used to be a couple months ago. I'm not too sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Thenagain, this site, while mostly geared toward my fanfics, seems like a good source of entertainment for however many minutes it takes for someone to browse through an update for the day. Well, whatever the case, if people find what I post even remotely entertaining, it's worth it. I guess posting these emails up is better than posting nothing at all for several days at a time in between fanfic updates.

I have no idea what happened or why people are coming to my defense, but whatever the case, it sure is flattering^_^

Subject: RE: Worse than an idiot & other related emails

Hi, I was reading all these email exchanges on Mr. Wong's site, and just had to add my own opinion on the matter.

First off, I'd like to mention, so there is no questioning my age, how old I am. I'm 20 years old, and being 27, Mr. Wong is older than me.

Secondly, I'll mention my current schooling status, so there's little questioning my intelligence. I'm currently attending college studying Information Technologies, I plan on being a computer technician, and have an average GPA of 3.9375 over 4 semesters (4.0 three semesters, and 3.75 one semester).

While I am studying IT, I do have many academic hobbies, one of which is psychology, and I thought I'd give you, Mr. Robert Johnson and Mr. John Robertson, a free analysis of your psychological state. First off, I believe you two are the same person, I state this because of 3 reasons:

1: You were responding for each other in your original email exchanges with Mr. Wong 2: Your writing habits and styles are the same. 3: your names are basically the same, only swapped, a common technique used for anonymity.

So from now on, I'll be referring to you in the singular, rather than the plural.

OK, now on to the prognosis. I believe you are 15 years old. There are several clues as to your age in your emails. Firstly, your writing style is that of someone in they're early teens. Secondly, once you're past your teens, age typically doesn't becomes an issue, while up until 18 or so, it is an issue. Talk to a 13 year old, usually one of the first things they'll ask is your age. It's a dominance thing with them, they want to be the oldest, and as such, have the most authority. Thirdly, The fact that you repeatedly call Mr. Wong a fourteen year old means that following the dominance issue I mentioned before, you're older than 14, most likely 15 or 16. I state 15, instead of 16, as your most likely age because at 16, age tends to start becoming less of an issue. Also, the phrase, "fucking fuck of a fuckwit," is clearly your adolescent mind trying to come up with an insult, when the more adult portions of your brain can't find anything to insult.

You lack self-esteem. People who lack self-esteem tend to lash out at others, in order to make themselves feel better, and to bring others down to their level. It's the classic bully complex, you'll rarely find a bully who has good self-esteem. People incapable of physical bullying to satisfy their low self-esteem tend to resort to intellectual bullying, which is what you appear to be doing.

People with low self-esteem also have a tendancy to latch onto something they feel they're good at, and try to make that the center of their universe, A.K.A. the classic sports jock complex, you'll rarely find a sports jock, the type that's life revolves around nothing but their sport, that has good self-esteem. This is where your chess comments come in. You feel that you are good at chess, so for you, because of your low self-esteem, you have tried to make this the most important thing.

As far as chess goes, I'm quite good at it myself, but my life doesn't revolve around the game, and yes that's all it is a game. In fact, if you feel the desire, I'll play you at chess online on any free chess client, such as Yahoo, MSN Zone, or Pogo, just send me an email, and we'll set up a time to play.

Now, onto your responce to Chris Yi's email.

Your responce actually surprised me in a way. You showed more intelligence in parts of that than you showed anywhere in your emails to Mr. Wong, however, you misused them with the mannerisms of a juvinile. The problem however is that you make too many assumptions, I won't go further into that right now though.

I think I'll end it there, I've probably given you enough to think about for the time being. Try and actually think about what I'm saying before going on the defensive however, I'm not just writting this in defence of Mr. Wong.

Travis,

I am amazed at all the responses. "OneShot" must have quite an adoring following. I enjoyed your response the most. You are clearly the only one in the group with a brain. I was, however, disappointed that you felt the need to state your schooling and GPA. It smacked of preemptory defensiveness. Your intelligence is not revealed by horn blowing, it is revealed by your perceptiveness and in the quality of your writing. Although some of your assumptions are correct, most are wrong -- but the incorrect ones are well grounded in logic based upon the facts available to you.

You can call me JohnnyR.

I received a CC of this email as well. It seems like more people are interested in coming to my defense :)

Subject: The heck....

Whoa, dude...

Lemme give you a piece of advice, which you'd probably try to antagonize since you're THAT kind of a person...

"If you can't stand the heat, get out of the fire."

Or, there's even a better one...

"Just shut the hell up."

Man, don't dig your hellhole a lot deeper than it already is.

Stop using multiple nicks... as if anyone would fall for that stupid trick. But if it ain't a multi nick and you're a different person...

Why in the hell are you the one fighting 'Mister' Alexander's fight?

You stick to your own site, and leave the others' alone. If you don't want to get burned, just stay the hell out of the way.

By the way, in Chess, not all people are calm and collected. I know of someone who won state championships just for being soooo aggressive in his plays. Act first before thinking later, that's his motto. And he won.

But it's really not about that, isn't it? It's about Pride...

Hell, we all know you have pride, Oneshot has his own, hell Mister Alexander has his own.

But please... anyone who suddenly explodes and badmouths another person on instant messaging is clearly a shitty asshole. How would you feel if someone just ups and disturbs you one day in IM, then fires off scathing remarks like that?

Of course, friends will defend friends. But please, if you're gonna defend your friend, make sure he's in the right first, please? You may suddenly look stupid if you keep on defending him and then find out he's the one at fault.

Unless of course, you ARE Mr. Alexander in the first place.

Dude, grow up, and learn NOT to just mouth off like that. It was uncalled for, and Oneshot doesn't deserve it. Don't go on saying that you're in the right, coz Oneshot DID save the conversation, and he's too stubborn and irritatingly smug enough to post the whole conversation without editing it.

Oneshot's right though, it was clearly amusing.

Well, for what it's worth, we're sorry for laughing upon your expense.

Fuck you and all your friends. And, laugh away; it's not at my expense. If there is one thing I love, it's laughter. Something your group could use way more of. You're all way too serious for me. I gather from the context that I am probably featured on "Oneshot's" site, which I think is really funny (It's a riot that my one comment to one insecure person garnered so much interest). However, I have been there only once (by accident) and have no intention nor interest in returning. In fact, this will be my last response to any of you (which may very well be only "Oneshot" with multiple names), as I have grown bored with this rather infantile exchange.

Well, there you have it. Everyone here is being dismissed because they're all way too serious for JohnnyR. I guess this is the sign that discussions have come to a close, huh?

If you read all the email logs, JohnnyR STILL hasn't managed to provide a reasonable point as to why he thinks I'm a fucking fuck of fuckwit in the first place. I don't care what anyone says, "I'm omnipotent; I don't need a reason." isn't a suitable reply.

I actually have several more emails to post. I figure out I should post them tomorrow. That way, I don't hafta work on my fanfic because people eager for a fanfic update won't feel all that bad when they get some form of an update ^_^
