Ranma 1/2: A memorable past 4


     Ukyo was sitting in one of the tables in her restaurant, her gaze
out window as the rain gently fell. It was still light out, but the sun had
already begun to set. The sky was lit this terrific hue of orange and red
that seemed to make it the most beautiful sunset ever. 
  There was no one in the restaurant at the moment, which Ukyo was glad
since it gave her some time to herself. This was the first time in a long
time that the restarant wasn't jam packed. It was very nice for a change to
be able to simply take some time to listen to the rain gently fall. The
sounds of the raindrops on the roof seemed to calm her nerves. She was very
grateful for this moment of peace since she has had a very rough day today.
It seemed that that infamous figure skater, Mikado Sanzenin, had taken a
fancy toward her, and it took her quite some time before she got it across
to him that she was Ranma's. It also didn't help any when Tsubasa decided to
drop by several times unannounced.
  She sighed, glad to have some time alone. As she looked out at the rain,
it brough back some fond memories of when she little. She had been very
young at the time, and she had been caught away from the house as it started
to rain. She had been hungry and cold
